Q: QuestionMy TV power is blinking red. The TV comes on and instantly but the picture flashes really fast at that moment then shuts off. What does that mean? I've held the power button no change, unplugged and plugged in again repeatedly after 10-15 min intervals

Q: QuestionI bought an open box model today and it has no sound. I have gone through and done the factory reset and tried adjusting the setting but I have no sound what so ever. Is there something else I can do to fix this issue.

• A:Answer Try going into the “Settings”. Go into the “Equipment Control “. Go into “Soundbar”. Go to “Change Soundbar” Down at the bottom of the screen, you see the option for using your remote to remove the Soundbar. Since it was open box, they probably had a Soundbar hooked to it.

Q: QuestionThere is no sound occasionally after turning TV on with cable box. Turning TV off and back on brings the sound back. TV also switch to screen saver seemingly randomly. Is there a solution for this or should we return this TV.
