QuestionI'm interested in how big the box is this ships in, to determine if I could fit it in the back of my SUV, or if i should just pay for shipping. I can't find shipping or box dimensions anywhere online.. only product dimensions.

- Answer Yes, if you have 3 rows seating in your SUV. It did fit into my Buick Enclave. This is an estimate measurements of the box: 57inches high x 23-24 inches wide x 23 inches deep. Below the measurements from the box the freezer came in.

QuestionJust took my freezer out the box, the temperature gauge knob was on a shelf as it had fallen out of place. After getting the gauge box back in place I put the knob in, it turns from high to low but doesn't turn off. Is it a forced off?

Question1 After closing the door a hissing air sound comes from the unused hinge hole for a while. Is this normal and if it is equalizing pressure how does it keep a seal? 2. I always hear a liquid gurgling sound inside, is this normal? Shouldn't it settle down?

- Answer 1. There is some air pressure process after closing door on gasket; when the air process is stablized, there will be no sound; 2. There is refrigeration flow sound, that is normal. David M. - Insignia Support

- Answer Yes, this freezer can be used in a garage. The manual states that if used in a garage, make sure that the ambient temperature is between 5 degrees Fahrenheit and 109 degrees Fahrenheit.

- Answer The freezer does not have wheels. My husband slid it across the tile floor to get it where we wanted it. It is surprisingly not that heavy. Delivery was free for us.

- Answer it will rarely come on if its in low temp/subzero,freon is natraly below zero, and is only in a liquid state because its under pressure!the only issue would be the evaporator freezing,but the freezer should be a automatic defrost,this is iside the freezer
