Make sure the tablet is fully charged. Feel the transformer when it is plugged into the tablet. If it is not warm...it most likely has failed. Any 5V 2amp USB charger will work to charge the tablet. Use the cord included with the tablet. If it doesn't charge with a different transformer, try using a different cable of the same type. Charge overnight. Hold the power key for at least 30 seconds and see if it boots up (release if it starts booting). If not, I've found that holding it for 3-5 seconds, waiting, repeat and repeat, will get it working. Make sure you are not pressing the volume key at the same time, accidentally with your hand Good luck.
