- Answer This has front and rear-facing cameras. Comes with Marshmallow (newest) version of Android. Other model may be incapable of upgrading to the latest operating system (required for some apps)

QuestionCan the software be reset? I bought this tablet for a friend but I want to test it out first, which involves setting up a Google account. If I set it up with a Google account, can I reinitialize it so my friend can start over?

- Answer Yes. There is a setting to back up your data or reset your tablet back to factory settings. Click on "Settings" and select "Backup & reset"

QuestionWhat is the approx battery life doing web browsing or reading (eg, Kindle emulator) with screen on? I saw one post claiming 4 hours but that seems really low; we currently have a 3+ year old Google Nexus 7" tablet and get 6-7 hours of use per charge.

- Answer Battery life will vary mainly with (a) display brightness setting, (b) apps running in background and amount of time spent accessing the internet for streaming, data retrieval, etc. I use mine 4-6 times a day for an hour or half hour at a time and it lasts 2-3 days. Under continuous use, it should last at least a day for reading. There are power saving settings you can apply to extend the battery life.

- Answer Yes I used it with square at an event for a boxer rescue. You will need a hot spot for it to connect to.

- Answer If you are talking about a full version of Photoshop, then NO! You would need a Windows or OSX Laptop or Desktop and I would suggest maxing out the memory to have it work properly.

- Answer Kindle tablets do not have access to the Google Play App store and will not be allowed ot install Google based apps, (Such as Gmail, Google Chrome, Google Books, Google Play Music, Google Drive, etc.) Also Kindle does not have a good universal EPUB reader app as Kindle has it's own proprietary format. Kindles can only access the Amazon app store which does not have nearly as many apps.

Question2nd tablet I had in past 3 weeks. this one is doing the same thing the first one did and I returned it. it keeps shutting down even with a full charge and takes awhile to get it turned back on. what is the problem?

- Answer If it keeps shutting down, did you check the power settings? It sounds like it may go into sleep mode. Mine hasn't done that but I don't use mine everyday.
