• The battery units can be bought separately, but a new charger dock with included new batteries will only cost as much as new batteries. At least that was the case for me so I bought the new charger station with two new included batteries.

• You will need another charging unit because I do not believe you can buy the battery packs seperately.

• The remotes are fitted with AA batteries, so as long you've got a fresh set ready to go, you don't need another charging station.
