Q: Questioni am not getting any sound through the system when using the Insignia Box. Otherwise, there is not problem with sound through the Visio Sound bar or the Flat Screen when taking a signal online (WIFI). What might be the problem?

Q: QuestionHi could I use to get signal from a air antenna to my tv I have a 4K Vizio E and it doesn’t have a antenna option in the back or anything?? Will this be like a tv tuner? And I put in the attena and then the hdmi to the tv? Or am I wrong???? Thank you

Q: QuestionWe have a Vizio TV that has NO coaxial connector, just HDMI. We bought this box, hooked up the cable coax to it, then put an HDMI cable from the box to the TV. We cannot get anything from the cable box to the tv, with all settings right. Help!

• A:Answer Since you have an HDMI hooked up to one of the ports on your TV, just make sure you turn your TV to the proper HDMI port. It helps to label all your ports that are being used so there is no confusion. One more thing. I would suggest to put the HDMI into a normal port and not any other like a 2.2 port which is for 60fps and 4K. Especially if you do not have an high end HDMI cable. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionI have four tv's. All of my coax cables go to one place and my rooftop antenna goes to the same place. Can I use one tuner to feed all four tv's? If I use a splitter, that is.

• A:Answer I have a different converter box for 3 different tvs. I have an antenna running to each converter box. I don't know if one converter could run more than one tv. We also have satellite going to our other tvs. I wish I had an answer for you. I know I have used a splitter before and it didn't work at all connecting a vcr and a separate dvd recorder.

• A:Answer I have the Insignia Digital to Analog converter box hooked up to a LAVA 360 antenna and it works like a champ, so I don't see why you would need to have an Insignia Antenna...your RC antenna should work great
