- Answer The length of the battery is really non-issue. Its not user serviceable anyway. It would be best to send it back to the manufacture for battery service. Scubbing the web for a batter of the proper size would be a nightmare. There is also a lot more involved than just the length. You need width and height also. Plus the capacity. You are really better off sending it in for service for battery replacement.

QuestionCharging CablesDoes anyone else have a problem with charging the tablet. I think its the cord itself as it wiggles a little bit but it doesn't seem to be a firm fit into the tablet itself.

- Answer I've had my tablet for nearly 4 months, and I've had no issue with charging, and I use whatever charger is available on had to charge mine (and I can't find the charger that it came with...LOL).

QuestionPorts?It says that it has 4 ports in the description but only lists 1 USB and 1 hdmi port. What are the other 2? I'm interested in using this as a drawing tablet & 2nd monitor. Can I do that? Does it have a #3 port? I'm guessing it isn't a ips/ retina screen.

- Answer No it is not from all my research. I knew this going in but is a non-factor for me. I use it for entertainment (video, reading, music, and some internet). I see no need for updating the OS. It seems to mess up what was already working. Cell phones updating...okay, even those I wish I could stop but the are forced on Samsung users.

QuestionJust bought my son the Insignia Flex 11 inch, Windows 10Anyone else having problems with charging this tablet? I had him take it back to Best Buy and they replaced it but the second one is doing the same thing. The first time it drained completed and it took over 13 hours to recharge. That's when we took it back. Now this one was plugged in to charge and it's not charging. Does the light stay red until it's full charge? We've used different charging plugs and outlets, but the same thing. Is this normal?

- Answer First of all the tablet recommends that you fully charge it before the first use. It comes with its own charger and I don't quite understand why you're having such problems with the battery. If you don't have a lot of wireless Bluetooth and other peripherals attached the battery should last between 7 to 10 hours. Refer to the owner's manual to charge the battery properly. I don't understand what you're talking about with a red light because neither the Chargers nor the device has this when it is charging. I hope this information is helpful.

QuestionWhat is the maximum size micro SD card you can add to increase storage capacity?What is the maximum size of a micro SD memory card that the Flex-10 micro SD slot can accept. When I bought the Flex 10 I thought I read somewhere that it could accept the larger cards (64GB, 128GB). The Best Buy website does not mention in the specs the size.

- Answer When you're on Best Buy website you simply have to click on the specifications tab to see that this tablet will accept up to 32 gigabytes of external memory on an SD card.

- Answer Android updates are a part of the operating system. This tablet allows you to either manually or automatically install updates as they become available. The problem with technology is that sometimes it advancing so quickly the devices become obsolete before you would expect. Whether it will run 6.0 depends on the new operating systems requirements.

- Answer I believe you can search the specifications of this item to find the exact speed of the processor, but I don't find any lag when opening apps or playing videos on my unit. I do, however, often got into the settings and clean out my cache often.

- Answer "Open Box" means that the item may have been a shelf display unit, but more likely it means that it was purchased, returned and then inspected by Geek Squad as resalable for a discounted price. It could even be a unit that was NEVER used, but once the seal on a product has been broken by a customer, the product is considered an open box item by Best Buy.
