• It does not let you adjust chat audio separately from in-game audio. You'll still need to do that in settings. It will adjust all the audio output like game music/sound and chat volume at the same time.

• No, it has a master volume and a microphone mute button. If you want to adjust chat volume relative to the game audio you must still do that in the PS4 menu.
