- Answer I use some cheap headsets with these and chat works on both ears. It might be something in your PS4 settings making chat work in one ear.

- Answer As long as it's a standard 3.5 mm jack for the PS4 headphones, then yes it will work with the Xbox one adapter. If it is a wireless headset it will not.

- Answer This controller will accept any headset with a 3.5mm jack. If by, "doesn't work good" means that the audio is low and doesn't get very loud then this will help with that. It has a built in amp powered by 2 AA batteries. Headsets can get much louder with this attached to the controller.

- Answer To my knowledge, there is no Discord app on the PS4 so you'd have to use the remote play app on your home PC to play the PS4 version of the game and use Discord at the same time. If you're just wanting to use the PS4 in-game voice chat feature then you'll still need a microphone as this is just an audio amplifier. I use this to power a Sennheiser gaming headset that already has a microphone.

- Answer If the iphone headphones have a 3.5mm jack then you should not have a problem. I've used my samsung galaxy headphones, jvc earbuds, sony earbuds and skullcandy earbuds all with an inline mic, each have a 3.5mm jack and I have not had a problem. I am not sure what kind of jack the iphone earbuds have.

- Answer No, this device does not add mic monitoring to a headset that does not already have it. This simply allows you to control your volume level/muting without having to toggle through menus.
