• As long as it's a standard 3.5 mm jack for the PS4 headphones, then yes it will work with the Xbox one adapter. If it is a wireless headset it will not.

• When the systems first came out, there was a headset the was available for the PS4. You had to order the adapter that allowed it to be used with the XBox One. I don't know if another one is available that would work with both systems.
