QuestionRCA cable and audio cableAre these two different? Do I need both of them. Sorry if this question seems elementary.

- Answer This sound bar does have the ability to connect using the red/white RCA connections or the 3.5mm auxiliary cable. You only need to use one of the cables. These two cable types are very similar in quality so you can use either.

QuestionDoes this mount directly to the wall with screws or is a wall mount accessory needed?The description says it includes a wall mount template. I am assuming that it is a paper template that locates where you would put 2 or 3 screws in the wall to align with key-hole slots on the back with which to hang the speaker on the wall? Is this correct? There is no picture of the back of speaker to see for myself. Also what is the distance between the mounting points?

- Answer You are correct. It's just a paper temple and it hangs on the wall with 2 screws

QuestionMounting undertv?Is there anyway to mount this underneath the insignia 40 inch tv? We have tv on a swivel mount on sidewall because wall infront of bed not possible... Does that make sense? If we mount soundbar on wall of TV its going to be facing the wrong way...not towards listener.

- Answer best buy actually has a rocketfish soundbar mount. it comes with multiple screws, so you should find ones that will work for you. it's pretty easy to mount onto the the tv with a current mount. i just added it onto mine last night. the tv is mounted on a tv stand mount. took me about 10 minutes

- Answer As long as you have audio outputs on your TV, it will work. It is designed to work with almost every modern TV.

- Answer It depends on the room size and your neighbors. I hooked up a small, 8 inch Yamaha 100 watt subwoofer and its probably more bass than I need. I also have a Klipsh 400 watt 10 inch sub in the family room and it was way to much, but did rattle the walls nicely.

QuestionOn screen volume level display?I'm wondering if there is any way to get the volume level of the sound bar to display on screen when you raise or lower the volume? I can change the volume just fine but there is no visual feedback whatsoever. Currently using a visual optical audio cable to connect it to the tv.

- Answer Unfortunately, because it doesn't have a video connection to the TV, it cannot show its volume level on the screen. If your TV can control the volume for the output going to the soundbar, you could get it to show, but not all TVs are going to have that option.

- Answer This sound bar it has 4x inputs: 1. Optical cable, 2. 2.5mm Jack connector, 3. Dual RCA connector and 4. Bluetooth connection. So most likely your tv it has at least one of this outputs but most likely more.

QuestionI have this sound bar on 2 tv’s. When using any blu ray player it now squeals this horrible sound. Sometimes it goes away when movie starts and other times it will stay and not allow any other sound to come thru. Not sure what to do
