OK for continuous overnight use? (medical devise) null

I used it overnight to charge my phone and/or tablet while in Thailand. When using the adapter alone without the converter the device got warm but not hot. When I used both the adapter and converter together, I did not notice the device getting warm. Hope this helps you decide. Thanks!
