A:AnswerI just had to change Wi-Fi passwords and I did have to unplug the device. That should restart it. You may have to go to settings on your Google Assistant software and re set up the device again. I do like my device.
A:AnswerOnce you have set up the speaker using the google home app the firmware will automatically update. The time varies depending on internet speed but it took mine all of 2 minutes to update. You will get an audible notice telling you the firmware is updating, and the device will read "load" as this is being done.
A:AnswerThere is a reset on the bottom of the speaker. You will need a paper clip to insert in that little hole to activate the reset. Make sure you have your google home app open on your phone and follow the installation directions.
A:AnswerI believe there is a small reset button on the bottom of these speakers. You will need a slim pin to insert and push the reset but hopefully this will do the job. Good luck!
A:AnswerNo, it does not. (currently)
It worked in the past, but with the current firmware (as of Dec 2018), it doesn't support receiving broadcasts. If you want that feature, this is not the device you want.
A:AnswerIf the computer has bluetooth, then yes. However I would just skip the computer entirely and just stream to the speaker directly through WiFi! It’s what it’s meant for!
A:AnswerI haven't had this problem. Have you tried disconnecting and then reconnecting the device? This helped with a different problem I had when I originally set up the device.
