Submit a ticket through support. Their engineers are actively debugging the app, but they need user feedback to get it fixed. Send it to [email protected].

Please try again later.This is an issue with the software on the severely flawed app. I kept getting the same error and was never able to turn the plug on and off through the app on my iPhone. Once i was at this point I was able to connect it to my Echo and is the only way to use it.
