A:Answer I just made 5 lbs mashed potatoes in my 10 quart instant pot yesterday using a recipe from the food network. I simply removed the skin from my potatoes, stacked them on the trivet, added water to the bottom, pressure cooked, released the pressure, mashed the potatoes in a bowl, added butter, milk, salt, pepper and I was done! Delish! And NO potato dicing! Super fast, super easy! Kept them warm in a crock pot as I made the Thanksgiving turkey breast in the instant pot.
