A:Answersync should be fine...i dont think range matters....what takes time is the conversion to and from wireless signal...mine is fine until I exceed range...then you lose both...
A:Answercould be one of the cables have a bad connection. otherwise, the units practically need line of sight positioning in order to get a strong enough signal between transmitter and receiver. i was not particularly impressed with the performance of this unit. suffered with one for 4 years before it died. bought an actiontec unit instead and it worked 100% better.
A:AnswerIt should — I have it connected to a Joey, which is a Dish Network cable box. Once the connection made I just use my Dish remote and watch TV as I always did.
A:AnswerI have this unit about 20 feet away going through a solid display cabinet and not issues so far. It's stated distance is 100ft so if there is just glass in between then I don't see any potential issues.
A:AnswerFirst, thank you for choosing IOGEAR. The GW3DHDKIT cannot transfer the signal to a Cell phone. Outdoor range can vary however with a line of site it would be 100 feet. The GW3DHDKIT will not work with this setup.
First, thank you for choosing IOGEAR
A:AnswerIt should as long as the SD signal is NOT 480i, the GW3DHDKIT will pass 480p, 576p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p and 3D signals but it will not pass a 480i signal.
