“Will this ac vent wireless charger work with my minivan's "CarPlay" system? I really need a usb connector. I'm not sure that I have a cigarette adapter slot, definitely not near the ac vents. Is there a faster charging cord option? TIA.”

This has to be plugged into a cigarette/adaptor slot. There is a USB plug on the back side of the part that goes into the cigarette/adaptor slot. Hope this answers your question.
