“I purchased this for my note 10 plus the green light comes on where it goes into the cigarette lighter but when I put my phone on it it continuously says charging paused. What am I doing wrong. Thank you”

Make sure you adjust the bottom to fit a larger phone. There is a knob to twist on the back that will lower it.
