A:Answeriottie uses a very sticky almost gummy suction cup that can adhere to most everything. If it ever gets dirty just wash it off with some water and
dish soap then restick. I have several of these one in each vehicle including my work van and LOVE these cell phone holders.
A:AnswerThe adhesive on the dashboard pad is fairly strong, and can sometimes leave a residue. This can be removed using an adhesive remover like GooGone. We would recommend mounting on the windshield rather than the dashboard if you want to play it safe

A:AnswerI understand that the dash pad will not stick to leather. So if you have leather interior, you will need to mount on your windshield. I have only mounted mine to my windshields.
