- Answer USE IT EVERY DAY. AT FIRST IT MAY NEED EMPTYING OFTEN. THE ROOMBA WILL CONTINUE TO CLEAN AND CHARGE WHEN NEEDED. AUTOMATICALLY GO BACK TO CLEANING TILL DONE.

QuestionI'm considering the purchase. Sounds like it would help with the dust bunnies from my Samoyed puppy! My LR has a large Persian rug with fringed edges. Does anyone have experience with that? Does it suck the rug edge up into it and cause damage/ get stuck?

QuestionCan the Roomba 980 be placed on 2 wifi networks like one for the house and another network for an office? So I can take the Roomba 980 and use it at either location.

- Answer Sort of...You would have to set it up for whatever network every time you change.

Questionjust had new vinyl installed throughout my whole house and cannot determine which Roomba I should purchase. I want have any carpet for it to clean but work and want it to do it while I am at work. which would you suggest?

- Answer if no carpet you dont need teh 980. 980 has a 10 times suction mode it goes into when it runs over carpet or area rugs.

QuestionI have a cat and I keep his toys ( mostly fabric mice type things) in a basket. He will periodically take one or two out to play with or bring to me as a gift :) Will the toys jam up the roomba? Am I doomed to never be able to have a roomba?

- Answer In our case the cat toys either get pushed ahead of the Roomba, or it just rolls over them. I'd say you should go for it.
