• I am using the product on a Surface Pro running Window 10, 64bit. So far, the hub has worked flawlessly with a USB mouse, a smaller capacity USB flash drive and a USB headset. I did encounter a problem -- I was unable to mount a higher capacity USB flash drive. I suspect contacting technical support or glancing thru the FAQs would have addressed that problem; I just didn't have the time to follow through on it.
