QuestionHello - I'm not able to get 1920 x 1080 resolution in the second monitor connected to the VGA port. The HDMI port works like a charm. Is there anything special that we need to do to get the correct resolution on the VGA port?

- Answer I am using it with my surface pro 7. I have 2 monitors hooked into it. One uses the hdmi connection. The other uses the 9 pin connection. I use one USB port for a mouse, and the other usb for an external keyboard.
