  • QuestionCan this be used to connect an original iPad pro to my router? What else do I need to use my iPad for Zoom TeleHealth conferences? Can this be powered? How?

    • Answer Unfortunately, the the j5create - 2-Port USB 3.0 Hub with HDMI and Gigabit Ethernet USB Type-C Adapter (JCA374) will require that you install driver software onto the computer for the device to function. These drivers are not compatible with iOS/iPadOS devices. If you need a USB Type-C hub with an Ethernet port, HDMI port, USB port, and Power Delivery port, for an iPad Pro 3rd Gen (2018), I recommend that you consider looking at another one of our products. I recommend the j5create - USB Type-C Multi Adapter (JCD383). The JCD383 will allow you to connect an iPad Pro 3rd Gen (2018) to a router for a more stable and secure network connection, as well as connecting an HDMI mirrored display, USB devices, and Power Delivery. In order to provide a charge to the iPad Pro 3rd Gen (2018) through a USB Type-C hub, please ensure you are using at least a 30W USB PD charger.
