Hello JT, Yes, it's has an ear hook as well as in the ear gel so you can wear it either way. It's a nice option for people who have glasses to be able to use the in the ear gel. Some people prefer the over the ear hook instead. It's a preference thing for different people. it is nice to have both options. We think you will find the headset comfortable.
