These are blue tooth headphones, so they need to be able to pair with a device that supports blue tooth. If the TV supports blue tooth, they should pair fine, but I don't know many or actually any TVs that do. You might be able to buy a blue tooth adapter that plugs into a headphone port or the audio out from the TV. Even so, I would recommend that you buy a different set of headphones. I have had two go bad just from some sweat running from the ear to the control.
