QuestionIt won't connect to my EPSON H914A projector. EPSON requests for SCMS-T compatible Bluetooth device. I am not sure if the JBL bar 2.1 is SCMS-T compatible.

QuestionGiven that the woofer is down-firing, would it work to have it on its side if the bottom is flush against a wall (or the side of a cabinet)?

QuestionI have purchased JBL2.1 DEEPBASS Model yesterday. No sound coming from Redmi X55 4k Tv to Sound bar through ARC HDMI CABLE. Both CEC and ARS are are enabled in TV setting. Any other setting is required?

- Answer Our JBL Bar 2.1 is a stand-alone speaker system. Adding more speakers is not possible.

QuestionI have a 2.1 soundbar and have acquired a 3.1 subwoofer. Could i pair the 3.1 subwoofer to the 2.1 soundbar?

- Answer Thanks for reaching out. Our JBL Bar 2.1 is a closed system so it'll only pair with its designated subwoofer. The subwoofer that is part of the Bar 3.1 can only be used with Bar 3.1.

QuestionCould I possibly connect this to my car

- Answer As long as you have 2 outlets (one for sub and one for bar), you are able to alone. You could either connect it via aux port or Bluetooth to your phone. I don’t think you can connect it to your existing sound system unless you get an aux splitter (phone/iPod—>aux splitter—>soundbar and car stereo)

- Answer The recommended placement of the subwoofer would be having the unit stand up. The woofer on the sub if down-firing, and it could affect the bass audio quality if it were positioned differently.

- Answer If the microphone can be connected by usb, then yes. But you really need one that connects with audio cable or 6.35 mm cable hookup

- Answer Yes, it also has an optical input that you could use with a receiver in the case that your receiver does not support pass through ARC.

- Answer If you are asking if it has the sound link like many of the other JBL Bluetooth products do, the answer is no, but it does have Bluetooth. If you want to run the same music through multiple sound bars, I have found that the Amazon Echo’s will connect via Bluetooth and my phone to multiple zones in my house.

QuestionI hav this 300 watt soundbar 2.1.My life I had 5.1, 7.1 I was pretty serious about music etc.This is phenomenal. BASS is tremendous.Seperation is excellent. It gets plently loud. No idea why someone would say "not 4 music." EZ Hook Up.I hav a not big room

- Answer There’s not much you can do because this soundbar is unfortunately limited and very confusing. I find it to be just OK and not the best out there!! I wish I would have done a little more research before purchasing this item. Also, I can’t even figure out how to adjust different sound levels, including the treble!
