A:Answer1st of all amazing sound quality , I spend 3 months cross referencing , comparing prices reviews pros cons and finally choose the JBL 3.1 and let me just say wow. This sound bar packs as much sound quality and bass as my old bulky 5.1 Denon receiver and Boston acoustics speakers with power sub I’m extreamily impressed, I still have to play around and tweak the system to find its seeet spots for different sound quality but so far so good A++++ you won’t be disappointed only thing better in my reasearch was the Atmos systems at double the cost.

A:AnswerHi! When the soundbar and the subwoofer is plugged in but has not yet been turned on, the subwoofer is on stand-by mode in default. The subwoofer will stay on stand-by mode if the soundbar itself is not turned on out of stand-by and is playing audio.

Audio sync should be 0 unless you notice a lag in audio and video
