• A:Answer Yes, you can use our JBL Clip 5 in the shower. It has an IP67 rating, making it dustproof and capable of being submerged in 1m of water for 30 minutes. Please make sure that the unit is completely dry before charging it. Also, please note that the Maximum Operation Temperature of it is 45 degrees Celsius.

• A:Answer Sadly, JBL took the microphones out around the time the JBL Flip. Charge moved to version 3 or 4. I know that my JBL BoomBox original has it, as well as my JBL Extreme & Extreme 2 have at ability. Sadly, this looks to be like a cost cutting situation and it is a bummer they stopped doing this.

• A:Answer Make sure the device connected to it is nearby. If the device is multiple rooms away or large distances the connection will beginning cutting in and out, if the speaker disconnects most devices will fully pause the music until it reconnects which sounds somewhat similar to what you are experienced. If you are nearby and this all still happens I recommend trying a new unit if it persists it could be a personal device issue!
