• A:Answer Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you should be able to connect the JBL Quantum 360P headset to your console with a replacement dongle. The headset is designed to automatically pair with its dedicated dongle upon connection. To Pair Manually 1. Power on the headset. 2. On the 2.4GHz USB wireless dongle, hold CONNECT for more than 5 seconds until the LED flashes white quickly. Both LEDs on the headset and dongle turn solid white after successful connection.

Q: QuestionI have a wireless headset that allows me to listen to music then when a phone call comes in the music fades to the background and the call can be received at the same time. Will this do the same? Can I be on the phone and hear the PS5 at the same time?

• A:Answer Yes. You can be connected to your Playstaion via the 2.4ghz dongle and Bluetooth from your phone. Our JBL Quantum 360P Console Wireless allows for the communication to come simultaneously from two sources: while the dongle keeps you connected to the game, the Bluetooth allows you to pick up a call and then seamlessly go back to your game.
