“paired the sub n SB. the blue light stays lit. but when i play it on my tv thru hdmi or any connection it doesnt play the sub only the soundbar works.but when i pair it to my phone they both work perfectly fine. i have a 55 in toshiba tv frm bestbuy .Why?”

• Use the remote to to increase the sub volume. Also, try using the surround button on remote. Maybe that will work

• Check the audio output settings on the TV. Be sure to set it to Stereo or Dolby Digital. This will give you the best sonic results, and your sub should function without issue.
