QuestionWhy does the wireless subwoofer keep dropping off?I am able to sync the wireless subwoofer with the Soundbar but they won't stay connected longer than 10 or 15 minutes..... What am I doing wrong?

- Answer You may not be doing anything wrong. I returned mine because of the pairing problems...............................

Questionpaired the sub n SB. the blue light stays lit. but when i play it on my tv thru hdmi or any connection it doesnt play the sub only the soundbar works.but when i pair it to my phone they both work perfectly fine. i have a 55 in toshiba tv frm bestbuy .Why?

- Answer Use the remote to to increase the sub volume. Also, try using the surround button on remote. Maybe that will work

QuestionHow do you get this to work with Optical or HDMI? Optical looses the subwoofer and it will not synch. HDMI ARC not working at all. Blue tooth working fine.

- Answer The sub should not be in any way effected by the input used. This may have something to do with the audio mode setting on your source. For example, if you have your TV connected to the SB, and have it set to send DTS to the SB, the SB will get confused and will not function properly. Set the audio output on your source to Stereo or Dolby Digital, to get the best results.
