Q: QuestionI have the headphones paired to my laptop via the usb-c. However the button does not work to answer calls in this mode. I am only able to answer calls when the headset is connected directly to Bluetooth on my cell phone. Am I doing something wrong?

• A:Answer Yes. There’s a button you could press at the beginning of the mic stick. If you are muted, you’ll see a red light at the end of the mic stick.
