“I have had this unit installed in my 08 Mazda Atenza. Worked great for the past 2 weeks then last night all of a sudden my speakers suddenly started cracking and now have stopped. Please help!”

with out looking at it I'm asking did you hook up the +/- wires to the right ones if not you could have shorted the speakers out I would start there and get a new speaker and hook that up before going much more into hope it helps
