I have a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, and was thinking of upgrading the stereo. will this stereo be compatible with my steering wheel radio controls? (seek, change channels, change AM-FM, volume, etc.) Id really like to keep the functionality of the buttons on the steering wheel if at all possible.”

That requires a connection between the stereo connection and the steering wheel connection. I recently purchased it for my 2004 Chevy Pickup.
