- Answer We don't recommend the LS340 for outdoor use. However we do have 3 mounts that are designed for outdoor use. The RV250G, the PDX650G and the PDX700G. QuestionWill this work with a Sony xbr-43x800g? I realize it pivots against the wall, and it pivots left/right midway on the arm, does it pivot left right at the place where it mounts on the TV? in other words, are there three vertical hinges? Thanks!

- Answer Your TV has a compatible VESA pattern of 100mm x 200mm and is under the weight limit of 70 lb, It should work great! The LS340 has 2 vertical hinges, it does not have one at the top where it mounts to the TV. QuestionI saw a picture here of the base that attaches to the wall in a horizontal position. It looks like it would be attached to the ceiling and would be able to lower the tv rather than swivel from side to side. Could the base be mounted to a horizontal beam?

QuestionI am wanting to mount this to a brick wall. What is the distance between the two screws on the piece that mounts to the wall? I would prefer to drill into the mortar and not the brick.

- Answer It doesn't matter the distance it just matters where your grout Lines line up compared to where the screw holes on the bracket matchup remember you can always drill into the brick sometimes it's easier
