A:AnswerI'm not really sure I think you have to have the app on your phone and plug it into the axillary line and then it will transmit through the radio not really sure I haven't really read the owner's manual of the radio all the way through yet
A:AnswerIt reads off the metadata from the CD/Radio station. If your CD or radio station does not have it then I assume it would not show. I'd try a different CD to be sure, not a burned CD either. my works fine. May want to contact Best Buy if the problem persists.
