Q: QuestionDoes the unit have an upper drain port for continuous draining or just the evaporative condenser /tank and lower manual drain?

• A:Answer Thank you for your question. During dehumidifying mode, you can use the upper drain for continuous draining. While operating in heat pump mode, the unit will produce condensate that must be drained. Please use the bottom drain when operating in heat mode. Q: QuestionDoes this system have heat evaporation or manual emptying of water

• A:Answer Thank you for your question. This unit does not have a heat evaporation function. There are three ways for you to drain the water. First, while you are using the Dry mode, the hose should be connected to the upper drain outlet. Second, there is a separate drain at the bottom drain outlet for the heat mode. Third, the collection tray drains for the excess condensate (found on the back of the unit). Hope it helps. Thank you
