QuestionDoes this microwave/convection above the oven appliance cook similar to the ovens used at Starbucks? It seems like Starbucks microwave AND convection cook (or air fry) at the same time. Their sandwich always have the right amount of crust.

QuestionJust purchased the KMHC319LSS microwave from Best Buy. When unscrewing the filter part there is no charcoal/grease filter only a silver part. Is that the only filter available for this microwave?

QuestionThis microwave was configured to vent through the roof, but the suction at the bottom is poor. I noticed that the vent at the top of the door is sucking air in as well. Is it supposed to be sucking air in there as well as the bottom when roof venting?

QuestionAm having a difficult time cleaning the interior mostly the back panel. It is stained , bits are encrusted on it!Only used the convection for a 10 “ pizza and the metal over the interior fan is all stained. Is it defective material?

QuestionWill this oven allow dual-mode cooking where it cooks with both microwaves and convection heat both at the same time? This is very handy. Does this have multiple stages; like first preheat to 400, then cook at 400 degrees with microwaves all at once?

- Answer No, you won't be able to use this on a countertop because the unit would be off balance and you would not be able to operate it safely including opening and closing the door. It is very heavy and definitely needs to be mounted to the wall cabinet.

- Answer Hello Heidi, there is a Charcoal filter part number 8206230A, that will need to be replaced every 6 months. One will come with the Microwave. There is also a Grease filter part number W10208631A. these will need to be cleaned monthly but do not need to be changed. We hope this helps.
