“As Whirlpool owns KitchenAid, how is this different they the Whirlpool model WRS571CIHZ. I see slightly different dim (KitchenAid slightly taller and holds more), but are the compressor and parts basically the same?”

Hi Ckroaster, Whirlpool and KitchenAid appliances are designed for different and specific consumer needs.
