A:AnswerThere are TWO washing sprayers - the bottom of the unit and just below the upper rack. The silverware rack is at the very top - ABOVE the upper rack where most people place their glasses and plasticware. The silverware rack is just about flat up against the top of the cleaning compartment.
A:AnswerThe dishwasher specifications state that it is exactly 33 5/8 inches tall. This does not change once it is installed. If your countertops are 33 7/8 then you may have a problem. You would either need to change your countertop to a slightly higher profile or remove the flooring under the dishwasher so it will fit properly. Also consider that the dishwasher has a “blanket” that comes with it that must go on it at the time of installation to help reduce the noise that comes from it during use. So if your countertop is only 33 7/8 there may not be enough room. Pleas consult a professional installer or a plumber to be certain.

A:AnswerThough they may not come with it, can they be bought separately and added? My older kitchenaid model had the wine glass holder and i expected it in this model for as much as I paid for it. Its not a cheap dishwasher and should have these features.
