Q: QuestionI only see the pre wash compartment and rinse aid compartment. Where is the compartment for the dishwasher pod? KDFE204KPS, serial# FD3301475

• A:Answer Had this debate with my husband. What looks like the pre-wash compartment IS for the pod. The pre-wash goes on top of the lettering that says pre-wash. There seems to be some small compartment under there.

• A:Answer I have not had that problem. How long have you had the machine? Is the drain in the sink with food products? Did you grind your disposal before turning on? If not, it can cause a back up. Also, if the dishes are not clean, there could have been something that blocked the water to get to the dishes or the soap did not dispense correctly.
