Q: QuestionHello specs say 28 22/28 Very unusual ? What size would kithen aid recommend for opening ? Also I don't see any other range with this peculiar size I'm asking because standard opening for ranges is 30" this range in a 30" opening would look terrible

Q: QuestionI’ve read where the convection features can be turned off or on in some ovens. Can this oven’s convection feature be turned on and off ?

• A:Answer Hi David, when you choose the cycle you want to use, you have the option for either single element heating Or Convection mode. Once a cycle is selected for Bake or Convect Bake (for example) the entire cycle will be completed on your selection.

Q: QuestionHave to have downdraft vent. Why is this never included in description or specs? I will not buy a separate exhaust, nor will I block my open concept with a hood that should not be needed.

• A:Answer This doesn't have a downdraft. The reason it isn't in the description is b/c they make few of them anymore. Best Buy doesn't carry them YET. I know, because I've been looking for one as well. Kitchenaide and Jenn Air are the only manufacturers I've found that make them. Best Buy (and I went into the store) said they wouldn't have and couldn't order them until they have the stock from Pacific Sales. This was in SF Bay Area.

Q: QuestionThe change in temperature of each burner is not very responsive to small changes of the dials. Does anyone know how many temperature settings are on each dial when using the stove top? Electric is slow to respond but this doesn't unless you turn dial alot

Q: QuestionI have 67 inches from the floor to the bottom of my cabinets. If the range is 36" high and the over the range microwave is 17.1" will this give me enough space to cook? The remaining space would be ~14 inches. Or is this too tight of a spot for cooking?
