Are you able to look up the power output for your Marantz? As long as it's less than 150 watts RMS they will work fine. If all you can find is a peak power rating, which I would doubt because Marantz is high quality and they don't need to "boost" sales by using high power ratings that aren't realistic they can handle up to 600 watts peak/max but that's only for real short bursts such as bass drum hits. RMS is the key number that says how much they can handle continuously and for these speakers that number is 150 watts. Hope this helps...

They do lack some midrange bass dynamics but are a very nice looking speaker with decent Sound at this price point. The Reference Premier is a more expensive but better choice to pair with your Marantz if you want better all around sound quality.
