A:AnswerYes, absolutely! I use my Pioneer stereo receiver, rated at 30 watts per channel, and it has little trouble filling up my room with sound. You will notice some diminished bass frequency response from these speakers. Get a subwoofer, if you want to hear the lower audio frequencies.
A:AnswerI am not an expert. But if I were you, I'd consider how your music is likely to be played by others and factor that into your decision. Klipsch is unusual in that they use horn loaded tweeters. Their reputation is "bright" or energetic. Which is fine if you like that - I do. However, if you produce and monitor your music on horn loaded tweeters you may have a different listening experience than many of your listeners who are probably not using the same kind of speakers.
A:AnswerThe r-15m (specs gathered from klipsch.com) come with a 4" img woofer and 1" aluminum long travel compression tweeter mounted in the klipsch tractrix horn assembly. The r-15 also comes in a slightly larger cabinet.
The R-51m comes with 5 1/4 woofer( same construction and materials as the r-15), same tweeter and horn assembly, rear ported. The r-51m do boast a 96 db sensativity rating vs. the 94 db rating of the r-15, power handling and impedance are same.
A:AnswerHard lesson learned on my end as well. New model of speakers (reflected on klipschs website but not at Best Buy) shows that they removed the keyhole. I purchased mounts off of Amazon to accommodate these speakers.
Here is the link to the mounts I used.

I hope this helps!
A:AnswerThese are made in China, as are my Reference Premier RP-160M. This makes me believe that all Reference and Reference Premier units are made in China. If you want made in the USA look at the Heritage line such as Forte III and Kornwall IV. I just verified those two July 25, 2020 on the Klipsch web site. The Klipschorn AK6 is designed and engineered in USA, but that isn't explicit if it is assembled here. I can't imagine that it isn't, since I thought they were custom ordered, and it is their signature speaker.
