Q: QuestionWill these speakers work on a carpeted floor or will it effect the sound?

• A:Answer Ideally the speakers should be placed at a height in which the top horn is close to eye/ear level (this will ensure optimal imaging of the sound). The speakers can be placed on a carpeted floor but there may be frequencies that are lost depending on the listening position and room acoustics.

Q: QuestionCan I use these two-bookshelf speakers along with Klipsch | R-100 SW Subwoofer? Also, will Denon AVR-X1700H 7.2ch 8K AV Receiver can be used to power up this combination?

• A:Answer The R-50M speakers have a power handling of 75 Watts at 8Ohms. The Denon AVR-X1700H should be able to sufficiently power the R-50M speakers since this receiver has an power rating of 80 Watts per channel into 8 Ohms (20-20,000 Hz) at 0.08% THD, with 2 channels driven. The Denon AVR-X1700H has two RCA subwoofer pre-outs. These pre-outs can be connected to the R-100SW's RCA Line Inputs. All in all, this would be a great setup!
