• A:Answer To replace the batteries, slide up the plastic black cover window on the interior side of the lock. Pull out the battery holder, remove old batteries, and install new batteries.

Q: QuestionDoes this lock have an automatic locking feature? My current smart lock automatically locks by itself about 30 seconds after it's been unlocked. If I walk outside and forget to lock the door, it automatically locks on its own. Does this lock do that?
