Please also try plugging into a different plug in a different room after allowing the item to sit unplugged for the recommended 15-minutes.
A:AnswerThe beeps on the Lasko heaters are way too loud - they could at least tone them down so our ears don't bleed when pressing the buttons. There are youtube videos that show how to disable or cover the speaker inside the heater, though I haven't tried to yet.
