Nope. Not without tons of stuttering anyway. The discrete graphics chip in this is more than capable of rendering those games in high detail at 1080p, however the system cannot supply sufficient voltage to the CPU and GPU at the same time resulting in throttling of the CPU. This creates massive stutter in any game that is remotely CPU intensive, which ARMA 3 definitely uses a lot of CPU. You may fare better with Battlefront but I wouldn't risk it. The Intel/Nvidia model on the other hand has no trouble at all.
