A:Answer 10 yo should be doing that with pencils, brushes, on paper on canvases, not computers. Hand eye coordination is important for full brain development. Make sure she learns cursive writing asap if she hasn't. It's critical for art, literacy, math, so much more. Google New York Times articles on that if you didn't know.
