• Yes, by yourself and if you are in front of it. Tilting the screen or viewing from an angle and you'll lose the picture.

• Screen is really disappointing, washed colors and not bright at all, but you can always hook it up to a decent monitor (which defeats the purpose of a laptop...)

• You can definitely watch movies and play games. I use it for games like, WOW, DDO, StarCraft II, Diablo and it runs really well. The best part is the heat deflection. With the heat vents in the back, your wrists do not burn up and the person next to you does not get hit with the heat.
